Tenders and projects

Utilitas has a transparent tender process, based on which we prefer environmentally friendly suppliers.

UTILITAS WIND SIA, as a beneficiary of the EU-funded project, hereby invites your company to participate in the procurement procedure for the Lode Wind Park BoP Contractor tender at Republic of Latvia, Valmiera municipality. The procurement is conducted under a Restricted Negotiated Procedure in line with EU grant principles of transparency, competition, and equal treatment.

Key details:
• Scope: BoP Contractor works includes roads, 18 foundations, substation construction including equipment delivery, cable works with a completion target of November 2027
• Estimated value: Above EUR 50 000 000
• Procedure: Competitive Procedure with Negotiation in two stages. (Open tender for 1st Stage qualification with all qualified candidates from 1st Stage to be invited to 2nd Stage tender)
• Award criterion for 2nd Stage: the bidder with the highest Total Tender Score shall be recommended for contract award

Deadline for qualification documents submission: 4th March 2026, 15:00 (EET).

Upon request, preliminary technical design and estimates will be provided to interested Candidates. Received documents could be used to facilitate estimation preparation for 2nd Stage. Request must be sent by email to tender@utilitas.lv using in Annex No.7 application form. In case any updates are made for the second highlighted in the invitation to the second stage.
